These Terms of Use govern your use of the FindMyVA website (findmyva.com.au) and any enquiry, booking, or subscription you make through it. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. About FindMyVA and our service
FindMyVA connects Australian businesses with virtual assistants. The website lets you learn about our service, enquire, book a Discovery Call, subscribe to updates, or apply to join our VA community. Any actual placement of a VA is arranged under a separate engagement agreement, not these website terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and, if you are using the site on behalf of a business, authorised to do so.
4. Accounts and sign-in
Some areas of our platform require you to sign in. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use.
5. Bookings and consultations
Booking a Discovery Call is a request to speak with us. It does not create any obligation on you or us to proceed, and no fees apply to the call itself.
6. Placements and fees
The terms of any VA placement, including any fees and any guarantee we offer, are set out in a separate agreement provided to you before you engage a VA. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance to create a placement; the website is for information and enquiry.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access, no scraping or harvesting of data, and no submission of false information or another person's details without authority.
8. Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and layout, is owned by or licensed to FindMyVA and is protected by law. You may view and use it for your own information but must not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our permission.
9. Third-party links and services
The site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, our booking and sign-in providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
10. Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis for general information. While we work to keep it accurate and available, we do not guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and nothing on the site is professional advice.
11. Liability and your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, and to the extent permitted by law, FindMyVA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, and our total liability is limited to resupplying the relevant service or the cost of doing so.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
