Day-to-day screening, onboarding, and client support are handled by our own Filipino team, working closely with Steven and Stefan to keep every placement on track.

Steve leads the client side of FindMyVA: the discovery calls, the briefs, and the match. He built his own businesses on the back of great VAs, and friends and business partners kept asking how he found them. FindMyVA is the answer. His bar for every placement is simple: a hire that sticks.
Stefan Hosi
Co-Founder & CEO
Stefan runs the engine: the platform behind FindMyVA and the hiring process end to end, from screening and skills testing to the interviews that decide who reaches your shortlist. He hires for the person behind the skills, because hard skills can be taught and the right mindset cannot.
And behind us, our own Filipino team, who we work with every single day. The product is something we use ourselves.
